DESCRIPTION:We Lead NH: Connecting for Impact\, Leading with Strength. Wednesday-Friday June 24-26\, 2026 at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel\, Portsmouth NH. Wednesday's Keynote Presentations\, "Using your Leadership Style to Optimize Team Outcomes" and "TEAMS: Can't We Skip Team Building and Get to Work?" feature Mary Shapiro. Mary has focused on advancing individuals of multiple social identities into leadership and shifting organizational cultures to benefit from utilizing those differences. She's done so for the past 30 years as an Organization Behavior professor\, Chair of Leadership Development at Simmons University\, and now as a Fellow of Simmons' Institute of Inclusive Leadership and Harvard Professional Development Faculty. Ty Gagne\, Chief Executive Officer of Primex will be presenting our Thursday Keynote Presentation\, "Weather the Storm: Balancing Self-Care and Selflessness. Throughout this session\, we will explore the vital balance between self-care and selflessness\, particularly for leaders who often prioritize the needs of others over their own well-being. On Friday\, Chris Joffe will close our event with "Crisis Leadership in Action - From Uncertainty to Control." Chris' life experiences   complex identity\, trauma\, and instability   ultimately shaped his  safety philosophy   safety through confidence\, connection\, and communication   and  have allowed him to uniquely see\, understand\, and relate to many different perspectives  and people. Please refer to our 2026 Leadership Academy Flyer for more details on our Keynote Presentations as well as a complete list of our Breakout Sessions.Team discount of $25 is available for teams of three or more people.
