Keynote Speaker Mrs. Kathleen Murphy, NHASP’s 2020-2021 Assistant Principal of the Year.
The mission of this resilience training is to provide participants with an opportunity to enhance their effectiveness and well-being and to develop their leadership potential. Attendees will engage in passive and active group scenario-based role play activities designed to help them:
•Learn skills that make them a better leader, as well as leverage their ability to understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of others.
•Identify their top Character Strengths and the top Character Strengths of others and learn to use these Character Strengths to overcome challenges and build effective teams.
•Master skills to strengthen relationships through communication strategies.
•Learn how to praise effectively, respond constructively to positive experiences, and discuss problems effectively.
